Application scenarios:
Targeted drug delivery: The azide group can be linked to the targeted ligand through a click reaction to achieve lesion specific enrichment.
In vivo imaging:Near-infrared fluorescence of DiR can be used for real-time tracking of liposome distribution or tumor targeting efficiency.
Drug encapsulation: Hydrophobic drugs (such as paclitaxel) can be embedded in lipid bilayers, while hydrophilic drugs can be loaded through the internal aqueous phase, with an encapsulation efficiency of over 85%.
